Google won the domain name case against an Indian guy Mr. Harit Shah from Gujrat, India. Last year, 25th Sep 2008, Harit Shah booked a domain http://www.googblog.com, but when google got the news of that url, they file a case against Harit Shah that this domain contains their registered name.

To get the rights of the blogsite registered in the name of Herit Shah from Surendranagar, Google had moved the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO), a specialised agency of the United Nations, on March 26, 2009.
Mr. Harit Shah Said “I was in a bad faith that I can legally keep the domain googblog.com. I really did very unfair to Google. I sincerely apologize to Google for infringement by misusing their intellectual property.”
Herit, the son of a bank clerk, said he has already started the process to transfer the ownership of the domain name.
